Shipping Policies
Because Chic Favors & Invitations strives to bring you the latest new products and the biggest selection possible, some items have to be directly shipped by our vendors or have to be ordered after you have selected the various products. If your items are in stock, we will ship within 7 days. Often, with personalized items it can take up to 14-21 days before your shipment is fulfilled. Please note that we try our utmost best to get you your products in a timely manner. In the event that you need items in a Rush, please contact us prior to checking out to check availability. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests. We usually ship via UPS but reserve the right to ship via USPS for certain products.
Pickup Policies
Since we cannot carry all of the 100's of products on or website in our retail store at all times, we sometimes have to order the requested products at the time of purchase. Items ordered online and picked up in our retail store are subject to a $1-3 surcharge to cover the shipping costs of receiving your requested item in store. Please note we do this to be able to supply the customer with the most products in the industry. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. We reserve the right to waive this charge with certain quantity purchases and price point purchases.

We use this information primarily for shipping and billing purposes. We also send promotions from time to time. The only information we will provide to a third party is shipping information in the event that we have your order directly drop shipped from our reliable host of vendors.

When Visitors or Customers send email inquiries to Chic Favors & Invitations, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Chic Favors & Invitations does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.
